Mr. Wilt brings over a decade of experience in residential and commercial real estate,  a proven track record of driving operational performance, maximizing asset value, and executing complex development initiatives. Prior to joining Plaza Equity Partners, Mr. Wilt held a leadership role at Carnival Cruise Line, where he managed over $150 million in annual capital and operational expenditures. Mr. Wilt developed strategic purchasing strategies through in-depth business case analysis, leveraging his technical expertise and strong contract negotiation skills to achieve an average annual savings of over $6 million.

Mr. Wilt served in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Engineer aboard submarines. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

In recognition of his leadership and impact in the community, Mr. Wilt was named a 40 Under 40 honoree by the South Florida Business Journal in 2026.
